LocalLeads Pro is a lead generation platform that connects customers seeking services with local service providers. We facilitate the connection but do not provide the services directly.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. For Service Providers

Service providers agree to:

• Maintain all necessary licenses and insurance
• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to leads promptly and professionally
• Pay for leads as per the selected subscription plan
• Not misuse or share customer information

5. Lead Quality & Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality, verified leads. Providers may request a refund for leads that:

• Contain invalid contact information
• Are duplicate submissions
• Fall outside the provider's service area
• Are not genuine service requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the lead.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Lead fees are charged as leads are delivered. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the proper working of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Harass or abuse other users

8. Limitation of Liability

LocalLeads Pro is not responsible for the quality of work performed by service providers. We recommend customers verify credentials and insurance before hiring any provider.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
